ABOUT CONNOR

Connor is a Certified Personal Trainer, Reiki Energy Practitioner and Stretching Specialist with 12 years of experience in the Los Angeles fitness industry. He grew up just outside of Minneapolis, Minnesota where he participated in competitive gymnastics, diving and dance – gaining a full spectrum of knowledge relating to developing and maintaining the body.

Connor regularly trains, stretches and meditates, continuing to strive for higher fitness goals, while exploring new techniques that make physical and mental fitness accessible to everyone. He currently lives in West Adams with his pups Gatsby & Callisto, working on achieving his other dream as a screenwriter.
